Job Description
Location: Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria
Gross Monthly Salary: ₦1.5 million
An experienced Head of Operations is needed to oversee and optimize our business processes, ensuring efficiency, growth, and profitability. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Head of Operations or General Manager in a similar business.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
