Job Description

A reputable QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) chain is hiring a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to manage and oversee the overall daily operations across its locations in Lagos and Ogun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing multi-location teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and ensure profitability.
  • Supervise daily operations across all restaurant locations, including food production, service standards, and cleanliness.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor regional, restaurant, and production managers while fostering a strong culture of performance and customer-focus.
  • Manage operational budgets, monitor cost controls, and analyze financial reports to optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with procurement and vendors to ensure seamless supply chain and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role in QSR or food service operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-unit operations and drive performance through cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of financial oversight, customer experience, food safety regulations, and team development.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across different store locations.
