Job Description
Westfield Consulting Limited is recruiting for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and enhance the operational performance of a growing retail chain business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving efficiency, improving processes, and ensuring the smooth running of all operational activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure business efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead the development and execution of operational strategies to enhance productivity.
- Implement process improvements to achieve operational excellence across business units.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
- Support the growth of the retail chain through effective planning, coordination, and resource management.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a senior operations role such as Head of Operations or Operations Manager.
- Strong understanding of operational management principles, systems, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software.
