Job Description

Pathfinder Consulting seeks a Head of Operations & Growth to oversee multiple teams — Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Programs — to streamline operations, boost revenue, and strengthen organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership, leads with clarity, and drives results through structure and speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations & CRM Management: Oversee Zoho CRM systems from lead capture to conversion, automate workflows, and ensure seamless reporting and analytics for data-driven decisions.
  • Marketing & Content Leadership: Supervise marketing initiatives, campaigns, and content schedules, aligning activities with organizational sales and growth goals.
  • Customer Success & Experience: Build strong client support systems, manage complaints through Zoho Desk, and implement procedures to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Programs & Product Oversight: Manage training programs, bootcamps, and product launches from planning to delivery, ensuring interdepartmental alignment and profitability.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate departmental managers, define KPIs, and create accountability systems for consistent performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, business growth, or sales enablement roles.
  • Proven expertise with Zoho CRM (automation, analytics, workflows, and integrations).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, sales funnels, and campaign management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multi-functional teams remotely across time zones.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and highly self-directed, capable of identifying and resolving issues independently.

Tools Used
Zoho Suite (CRM, Campaigns, Desk, Projects, Analytics), ClickUp or Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Google Sheets.

Reports to: Founder & CEO | Start Date: Immediate

Performance Expectations (First 90 Days)

  • Full optimization and automation of Zoho CRM.
  • At least 50% reduction in lead leakage.
  • Weekly KPI-based reports across departments.
  • Improved client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
