Job Description

Apex Forte Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a marketing agency for the position of Head of Operations. The role requires a strategic and results-driven professional who can oversee daily operations, coordinate internal teams, and ensure efficient delivery of marketing projects and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving operational processes, driving performance, and aligning business operations with the agency’s growth objectives.

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: N500,000 – N600,000 Monthly

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth delivery of projects and services.
• Align operational processes with the agency’s strategic, financial, and growth objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, accountability, and performance.
• Develop and optimize workflows, timelines, and quality control standards.
• Manage operational resources, vendor relationships, and departmental budgets.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, client commitments, and industry best practices.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service delivery.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7 – 8 years of relevant professional experience in operations management, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proven ability to manage operational workflows, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
