Head of Operations – Renewable Energy (Sigenergy)
Job Description
An established renewable energy company is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to drive internal execution across multiple locations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leadership role is responsible for building strong operational systems, enforcing structure, and ensuring consistency across people, processes, and logistics nationwide. The ideal candidate will bring discipline, accountability, and operational excellence to a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Standardize and optimize operational processes across Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt branches
- Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs, safety standards, and CRM discipline using Bitrix24
- Oversee logistics operations including fleet management, scheduling, rostering, and uptime management
- Lead people operations including recruitment coordination, payroll support, performance management, and discipline
- Monitor internal execution to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company goals
- Build and sustain a culture of accountability, structure, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 6–7 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within Renewable Energy, Power, or Infrastructure
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams including engineers, sales teams, and logistics staff
- Strong systems and process mindset with hands-on experience using CRM or ERP tools
- High level of maturity, decisiveness, and confidence in enforcing standards and driving compliance
- Ability to manage multi-location operations and work closely with executive leadership
Location: Oshodi, Lagos (with oversight of Abuja & Port Harcourt)
Salary: Up to ₦650,000 + Platinum HMO
