Revere, a forward-thinking UK-based fashion brand known for its timeless, design-led collections, is seeking a skilled Head of Product Development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end product development processes, manage vendor relations across continents, and ensure scalable quality in line with brand vision. Ideal for experienced professionals passionate about innovative fashion production and international collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all stages of the product development lifecycle, from concept to final production.
- Manage global supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to implement best practices in garment construction and material sourcing.
- Drive continuous improvement across sampling, fit development, and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all products meet brand standards in terms of aesthetics, functionality, and scalability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in fashion product development or production management.
- Deep understanding of fabric construction, garment manufacturing, and cost engineering.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing international vendors.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and industry tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Techpacker, or CLO 3D.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines in a remote setting.
