Job Description
A reputable supermarket in Lekki, Lagos is seeking a results-driven Head of Revenue / Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives across retail, corporate gifting, partnerships, and digital sales channels. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with strong B2B experience and the ability to drive measurable business expansion within Lagos’ corporate and luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual revenue growth strategy
- Secure and manage corporate gifting contracts and bulk purchase agreements
- Identify, negotiate, and build strategic partnerships within Lagos’ corporate and luxury ecosystem
- Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Lead and supervise Sales Associates, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Design and execute promotional pricing, bundling, and sales campaigns
- Prepare and present monthly revenue performance and sales reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in revenue growth, retail sales, or business development
- Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate account management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop growth-focused strategies
