Job Description

Nimbus Media is recruiting a Head of Revenue / Sales to lead commercial growth and strengthen the company’s market presence. This role focuses on driving revenue performance, building a consistent sales pipeline, and leading a high-performing sales team. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on selling, closing high-value deals while ensuring the company consistently meets its revenue targets.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Salary: N500,000 – N800,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while ensuring consistent sales performance.
• Close high-value and strategic client accounts to contribute significantly to revenue goals.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline that is at least three times the monthly revenue target.
• Lead, mentor, and manage Media Sales Executives while monitoring individual and team performance.
• Ensure proper CRM usage, maintain accurate sales data, and deliver reliable sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Identify growth opportunities across key industries and develop strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to improve revenue generation and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Maintain pricing discipline, strong proposal quality, and timely follow-up with prospects.

Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of revenue generation.
• Experience in media, advertising, OOH, digital signage, or technology-enabled services is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive sales strategy and execution.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
• Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
