Job Description

A fast-growing premium hair brand with operations across Nigeria, the UK, the US, and Canada is seeking a Head of Sales and Marketing to drive structured, system-led growth. This role focuses on transitioning from founder-driven sales to scalable processes, strengthening revenue channels, and leading a high-performing commercial team. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of sales and marketing performance while building efficient systems that support long-term expansion.

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Salary: N300,000 – N350,000 / month

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by owning monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and manage a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to repeat purchases
  • Identify and resolve revenue leakages across the sales funnel
  • Implement CRM systems and develop sales tracking frameworks
  • Create performance dashboards to monitor metrics such as conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS
  • Expand sales channels including WhatsApp, TikTok, email, and website platforms
  • Develop and scale B2B partnerships with salons, resellers, and distributors
  • Lead and manage Sales, Digital Marketing, and Customer Service teams
  • Set weekly targets, conduct performance reviews, and develop team playbooks
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms
  • Optimize campaigns to ensure strong ROI and improved acquisition costs
  • Improve customer retention through repeat purchase systems and loyalty strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and marketing, including leadership roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong experience managing digital marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Background in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, or FMCG is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes from scratch
  • Data-driven decision-making capability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing business environment
