Location: Lagos (Residents Only)
Salary: ₦350,000 – ₦600,000 (Net) + Incentives
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Sales & Marketing
A leading beverage company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and grow it’s sales operations in Lagos. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in FMCG beverage sales, strategy development, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and market growth.
- Manage, build, and mentor a high-performing sales team across various channels.
- Oversee national and regional sales operations, including open market, off-trade, and on-trade accounts.
- Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the FMCG beverage sector.
- National sales experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of open market, off-trade, and on-trade sales channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
