Wazobia Cosmetics, a fast-growing player in Nigeria’s FMCG and beauty industry, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in driving brand visibility, expanding market share, and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic consumer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional sales and marketing teams to meet performance targets.
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities, leveraging data insights and market trends.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce strategy.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign and sales performance, and adjust tactics to improve outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Nigeria’s consumer behavior, retail structures, and distribution channels.
  • Demonstrated success in growing brands and increasing market penetration.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
