Wazobia Cosmetics, a fast-growing player in Nigeria’s FMCG and beauty industry, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in driving brand visibility, expanding market share, and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic consumer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across all channels.
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional sales and marketing teams to meet performance targets.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, leveraging data insights and market trends.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key distributors, retailers, and partners to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including social media, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce strategy.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign and sales performance, and adjust tactics to improve outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within FMCG, cosmetics, or beauty sectors.
- Strong understanding of Nigeria’s consumer behavior, retail structures, and distribution channels.
- Demonstrated success in growing brands and increasing market penetration.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
