DO.II Designs Limited is recruiting an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales & Strategic Partner to lead revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and strengthen market presence within the luxury furniture and interior design industry. The role requires a visionary professional with strong leadership capacity, proven business development expertise, and the ability to secure high-value commercial and residential projects.
The successful candidate will oversee sales strategy, manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure seamless alignment between client expectations and manufacturing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeted at high-growth sectors including luxury residential, hospitality, and corporate projects.
- Secure high-value contracts for bespoke furniture manufacturing and interior design services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, real estate developers, corporate organizations, and high-net-worth clients.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade events, and design conferences to strengthen brand visibility and strategic partnerships.
- Lead and manage the sales and design consultancy teams by setting measurable KPIs and performance targets.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and premium quality standards.
- Mentor team members on consultative selling techniques focused on delivering experiences and functional spaces.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to support business growth and brand positioning.
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine and communicate the company’s value proposition and design innovation strengths.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Previous experience within the furniture manufacturing, real estate, luxury design, or interior design industry is required.
- Strong track record of negotiating and closing large-scale commercial or residential project deals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships and drive long-term business growth.
- Strong understanding of premium client service delivery and consultative sales processes.
