A leading organization is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to drive business growth, oversee sales operations, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large sales portfolios, developing strategies, and building key relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Oversee multi-channel sales operations including distributors, modern trade, and e-commerce.
- Manage the sales P&L, budgets, and ROI on sales investments.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 4 years in senior leadership.
- Proven success managing multi-million-naira portfolios in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Technology, or Industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of sales metrics, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and BI tools.
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree (required).
