Job Summary

A reputable educational institution in Abuja is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Head of School to provide strategic leadership and ensure the smooth operation of the school across all levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years, primary, and secondary education with proven expertise in curriculum management and school administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership and oversee the daily management of the school.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the EYFS, Montessori, British National Curriculum, Cambridge, and Pearson Edexcel programs.
  • Lead school accreditations, inspections, and curriculum reviews to maintain educational standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for school growth and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in school leadership or administration.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with:

    • EYFS Framework (Early Years)

    • Montessori Education (Early Years & Primary)

    • British National Curriculum (Primary)

    • Cambridge & Pearson Edexcel Curriculum (Secondary)

  • Certification in Educational Leadership or School Administration is an added advantage.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and strategic planning skills.
