Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Salary: N350,000 – N450,000 monthly

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of School to oversee academic programs, manage staff, and ensure the overall success of our institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to staff and students, promoting academic excellence.
- Supervise the development and implementation of curriculum and extracurricular activities.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards, policies, and regulations.
- Manage school operations, including budgeting, staff recruitment, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that encourages student and staff growth.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or NCE in Education or related fields.
- A minimum of 2 – 5 years of work experience in an educational leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of educators and support staff.
