Head of Talent Acquisition

Work Mode: Hybrid

Client Location: Lagos, Nig
Sector: BPO/ Data Analytics/AI

Salary Budget: 57m-74m NGN per annum
Requirement:

• 8+ years end to end recruiting experience, and experience as a business leader familiar with setting up a business unit from the ground up;

• Preferably in leading multinational companies (including startups/scale-up’s) and global consultancies/professional services firms

• Ideal profiles have a mix of corporate (in-house) and global staffing agency experience

• Must have experience recruiting mid-senior level talent, and managing strategic and operational “People” issues in a fast-paced environment

• Must have a deep understanding of, and extensive experience operating in Africa;

• Experience managing budgets and financial forecasts

• Ability to navigate in ambiguous and dynamically changing environments.
