Job Introduction
A leading financial services company is currently seeking a skilled Head of Tele Sales to lead and drive telesales operations within their asset management division. The successful candidate will oversee telesales strategy, team performance, and revenue growth while promoting investment products through proactive client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute telesales strategies to support asset growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage telesales agents and supervisors to ensure sales performance and target achievement.
- Drive outbound sales of investment products, including mutual funds, savings plans, and fixed income products.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and team KPIs to optimize sales processes and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, marketing, and compliance to support telesales initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- 7–10 years’ experience in telesales, retail sales, or call center management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within asset management or financial services.
- Proven ability to drive sales and client acquisition in investment or wealth management products.
- Strong experience managing high-volume, outbound telesales operations.
- Relevant certifications in sales, leadership, or financial advisory are an added advantage.
