A leading financial services firm in asset management is hiring a highly experienced Head of Telesales to lead and optimize its telesales operations. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with a proven ability to grow revenue, lead performance-driven teams, and execute outbound sales strategies for investment and wealth management products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute telesales strategies that support asset growth and revenue goals.
- Oversee daily operations of telesales teams, ensuring productivity and achievement of KPIs.
- Drive outbound sales of investment products such as mutual funds, fixed income plans, and savings solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales approaches, ensure compliance, and report performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA and certifications in sales or financial advisory are advantageous.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within a financial institution or asset management firm.
- Strong knowledge of investment products and outbound sales strategies.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume telesales teams and achieving conversion targets.
