Femywalsh Limited is hiring a seasoned media professional to fill the role of Head of TV Station. This position is ideal for a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the television broadcasting landscape and a proven ability to drive strategic growth, manage teams, and deliver compelling content. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the station’s programming, production, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic and creative direction of the television station in line with industry trends and audience demands.
- Supervise content development, program scheduling, and production to ensure high-quality and engaging broadcast output.
- Manage cross-functional teams including news, technical, entertainment, and production departments.
- Drive viewership and revenue growth through effective audience engagement strategies, advertising, and sponsorship initiatives.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in the media or broadcasting industry, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing a television station or a large broadcast operation.
- Strong knowledge of content creation, regulatory compliance, and technical broadcast processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
