Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree or professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with proven success in senior leadership roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
- Strategic thinking capability with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling employee relations and HR compliance with tact and professionalism.
