Nisa Wellness Retreat, a premium destination for health, relaxation, and rejuvenation, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to promote brand loyalty and generate referrals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring Nisa Wellness Retreat remains competitive.
- Oversee the creation and execution of promotional campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and events, to boost brand awareness.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5–6 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional areas.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to connect sales strategies to profitability and drive business growth.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
