We are seeking dedicated and personable individuals to join our team as Health and Beauty Officers. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, promote health and beauty products, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable health and beauty products tailored to their needs.
- Provide expert guidance on product usage and benefits.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized for an attractive display.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing strong selling and interpersonal skills.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of O’Level qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Healthcare/Pharmacy Assistant, Sales Representative, or in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and selling abilities.
- Friendly and mature disposition with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
