About the Role

A dynamic HORECA Sales Manager is needed to drive business growth and expand market reach within the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) sector in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for building relationships with key clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the HORECA sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and cafés to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Lead and manage a sales team, setting targets and ensuring performance benchmarks are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HORECA sales within Abuja.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills.
