About the Role
A friendly and professional Hostess is needed to join our team at Gusto Resto. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience. If you have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waiting lists.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service from arrival to departure.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in coordinating special events and guest requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
