Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000 monthly
A reputable hospitality establishment in Abuja is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to ensure exceptional guest experiences and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve occupancy rates, guest satisfaction, and overall revenue.
- Lead, train, and motivate departmental managers and staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in hotel management, including at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Demonstrated success in achieving operational excellence and revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with experience managing large teams.
