Salary: N400,000 – N500,000
An experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager is needed to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record in hotel management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Manage hotel staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Requirements:
- HND in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field with 8 years of management experience in operations, sales, or marketing.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5 years of experience in hotel operations, sales, or marketing. - Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and booking systems.
- Must reside in Kuje or Sabon-Lugbe (proximity to work is highly preferred).
