Job Description
A reputable manufacturing company in Lagos is currently recruiting for the position of an HR / Admin Manager. This role involves overseeing human resources and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and compliance with applicable labor laws. The ideal candidate will bring strategic HR leadership, administrative oversight, and proven experience in a similar industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, recruitment strategies, and employee development programs
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, appraisals, and exit processes
- Oversee performance management and ensure effective employee relations and compliance
- Handle administrative operations including facilities, logistics, and vendor management
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure a productive and organized office environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or HR certification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven leadership skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
Remuneration
