Job Summary
A detail-oriented and experienced HR / Admin Officer is needed to oversee human resources and administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee relations, and enhance HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Oversee office administration, including facility management and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement strategies, and training programs.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR reports and support payroll processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Professional certification (CIPM, HRCI, or SHRM) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
