A reputable hospitality company in Lagos is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR/Admin Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR functions, administrative duties, and the hospitality industry, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations within the organization.
- Oversee employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, document management, and office coordination.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR-related reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
