Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Salary: ₦300,000 gross monthly
A reputable organization in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking a qualified and experienced HR/Admin Officer to manage core human resources functions and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in HR practices, who can effectively support workplace policies, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and handle administrative documentation.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices across the organization.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
- Utilize HR software to streamline HR operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of proven experience in HR/Admin roles.
- In-depth understanding of HR procedures, labor laws, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Proficiency in HR software applications is an added advantage.
