We are currently looking for an experienced HR/Admin Officer to manage our human resource and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations and seamless collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities

  1. Human Resource Management:
    • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
    • Administer payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Support performance management processes, including reviews and feedback cycles.
    • Promote a positive workplace environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
    • Develop and implement office policies to improve efficiency and compliance.
    • Organize and maintain confidential documents and digital records.
  3. Operations Support:
    • Coordinate real estate projects by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Assist with budget planning and expense tracking to optimize administrative costs.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and prepare necessary reports.
  4. Communication & Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between HR, administration, and other departments.
    • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide necessary documentation for operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR/Admin role, with at least 2 years in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
