We are currently looking for an experienced HR/Admin Officer to manage our human resource and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations and seamless collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities
- Human Resource Management:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Administer payroll and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support performance management processes, including reviews and feedback cycles.
- Promote a positive workplace environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement office policies to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Organize and maintain confidential documents and digital records.
- Operations Support:
- Coordinate real estate projects by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist with budget planning and expense tracking to optimize administrative costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and prepare necessary reports.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between HR, administration, and other departments.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide necessary documentation for operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR/Admin role, with at least 2 years in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
