Job Description
The HR Advisory Consultant is a strategic HR professional responsible for delivering high-impact human capital solutions across diverse client organizations. The role involves diagnosing organizational challenges, designing data-driven HR interventions, and supporting business leaders in aligning people strategy with long-term business objectives. This position requires strong consulting capability, analytical thinking, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders on complex workforce and transformation issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement organizational structures and Target Operating Models (TOM) that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance
- Conduct competency mapping and workforce gap analysis to support talent development and succession planning
- Lead HR audits to assess compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and global HR best practices
- Develop HR frameworks including employee value propositions (EVP), performance management systems, and policy structures
- Support change management initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, and digital HR transformation projects
- Analyze HR data and metrics to generate insights on turnover, engagement, productivity, and workforce trends
- Benchmark compensation and benefits structures against industry standards to ensure competitiveness
- Facilitate strategy workshops with executive teams and HR leaders
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants are expected to meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR consulting, executive search, or senior HR strategy role
- Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHRi, or SPHRi
- Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms and advanced Excel (including modelling)
- Experience using data visualization and workforce analytics tools
- Strong skills in organizational design, change management, and HR compliance
