Experience: 2 to 4 years
Qualification: BSc in Business Administration or a related field (Minimum 2nd Class Upper)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Analyst (Learning and Development) to support our organization’s talent growth initiatives. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze training needs and develop learning strategies to improve workforce capabilities.
  • Design and implement learning and development programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend training solutions.
  • Maintain and update learning management systems, training records, and reports.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related HR function.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2nd Class Upper qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
