HR Analyst

Job Description

Location: 90% Remote (Lagos-based)
Salary: ₦70,000 – ₦100,000/month

Astral Trail is seeking a proactive HR Analyst to support it’s HR team with data-driven insights, research, and recruitment functions. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about human resources, learning & development, and talent acquisition, with the flexibility of working remotely most of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyze HR data to support decision-making and policy development.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Support Learning & Development initiatives by organizing training sessions and compiling reports.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for HR projects and management.

Requirements:

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or Learning & Development (L&D).
• Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
