Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦500,000
A reputable organization located in Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking to hire an experienced HR and Administrative Officer. This role combines core human resource functions with office administration responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and staff records.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate administrative functions including procurement, facility management, and logistics.
- Support performance management and employee relations activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a combined HR and administrative position.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, Nigerian labor laws, and office management systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
