Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in Human Resources? An HR Assistant is needed to support our HR team with administrative tasks, employee relations, and office coordination. This role is ideal for a proactive and service-oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Handle administrative duties, including preparing reports, organizing files, and managing HR-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any relevant discipline.
- Experience: Prior HR experience is an advantage but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to understand and communicate fluently in American English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive.
