Salary: £25,000 per annum + excellent benefits
Location: Remote (UK-based)

About the Role:

Walsingham Support is currently looking for an organised and motivated HR Assistant to provide vital support across the organisation’s HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in Human Resources within a supportive, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Accurately input payroll data and assist in resolving payroll issues.
  • Manage all aspects of employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
  • Maintain up-to-date DBS and Visa compliance records to ensure legal and policy adherence.
  • Support managers and stakeholders by building positive working relationships and providing efficient HR assistance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
