About the Role:
Walsingham Support is currently looking for an organised and motivated HR Assistant to provide vital support across the organisation’s HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career in Human Resources within a supportive, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Accurately input payroll data and assist in resolving payroll issues.
- Manage all aspects of employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers.
- Maintain up-to-date DBS and Visa compliance records to ensure legal and policy adherence.
- Support managers and stakeholders by building positive working relationships and providing efficient HR assistance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR software systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
