Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with team leads to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as an HR generalist.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition and management.
• An agile and adaptable approach to work in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
