Location: Lagos (Hybrid) & Abuja (Remote)
Salary: ₦70,000
Experience: 2-3 years

FMR Agency is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our human resources functions, drive employee engagement, and enhance HR strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in workforce planning, talent management, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to enhance workforce efficiency.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Customer Service.
  • Must be currently residing in Lagos or Abuja.
