A reputable financial institution is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support and drive human resource initiatives aligned with business goals. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong understanding of HR operations and labor compliance within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads and senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Leverage HRIS and reporting tools to generate and analyze workforce data for informed decision-making.
  • Support talent development initiatives and lead change management processes.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in a related HR role, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to support leadership in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and reporting tools.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR compliance standards.
