We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to join our team on a three-month full-time contract. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in advising on HR best practices, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual ready to contribute to building robust HR systems and processes while occasionally traveling as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures that align with the company’s goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, offering guidance on legal matters related to HR.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on various HR topics, including workplace ethics, team dynamics, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, with a strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in HR tools and software.
- Willingness to travel for work-related activities.
