Job Description

The HR Data and System Analyst will lead HR analytics, reporting, and HR systems administration to deliver actionable workforce insights. The role is responsible for strengthening data-driven decision-making, optimizing HR technology platforms, and improving overall HR processes and service delivery.

Salary: NGN 400,000 – NGN 550,000 monthly

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage HR dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Provide workforce analytics on recruitment, attrition, diversity, and performance trends.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support workforce planning and HR strategy.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, governance, and compliance in all reporting activities.
• Serve as HR Systems Administrator for HRIS and related platforms.
• Manage system configurations, user access, automation processes, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
• Support digital transformation and standardization initiatives within HR functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS administration, or HR operations analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and people technology systems.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
