Location: Awka, Anambra State
Salary: N180,000 – N220,000 (Negotiable)
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR
Short Description:
Rotic Aluminium Extrusion is seeking an experienced HR Lead to oversee human resources functions at its facility in Awka, Anambra State. This role is ideal for a result-driven professional with a strong background in HR operations, particularly within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Drive performance management systems and support employee development strategies
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies
- Manage compensation, benefits, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures
- Maintain and improve HR systems and documentation, including the use of ERP or HR software
Requirements:
- BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Background in the manufacturing or industrial sector is strongly preferred
- Proficient in handling confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
- HR certifications such as CIPM or SHRM are an added advantage
