An experienced HR Manager is needed to join our team in Lagos and Abuja (hybrid work model). The ideal candidate will oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and performance appraisal processes.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in human resource management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a hybrid workforce and HR technology tools.
