Location: Lekki, Lagos
Experience: Minimum 3 years in mid-level HR roles
An established organization in Lekki, Lagos is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee and coordinate human resources functions, drive employee engagement, and ensure HR best practices are followed across the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR records
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a mid-level HR position
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
