Location: Victoria Island, Lagos (Onsite)
Salary: ₦200,000 monthly (subject to statutory deductions)
Overview:
An established organization in Lagos is looking to hire an experienced and proactive HR Manager to support its day-to-day human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with employment laws
- Provide administrative support and foster positive employee relations
- Manage staff performance reviews and disciplinary procedures
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
- Good understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR software
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Residence in or proximity to Victoria Island is an added advantage
