A reputable organization in Lagos is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee its human resources operations and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep HR expertise, and the ability to drive employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes, workforce planning, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities.
- Oversee performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and compensation structures.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and organizational development matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, manage departmental budgets, and monitor HR performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, CIPD, or any equivalent professional qualification is required.
- Minimum of 7 years progressive HR experience, including managerial-level experience.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR functions effectively in a fast-paced environment.
