Elvaridah Limited is recruiting an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee its human resources functions. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workplace culture. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of HR practices aligned with Nigerian labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
- Serve as the HR point of contact for internal teams and staff queries
- Develop and implement HR policies to support a productive workplace
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a structured organization
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Must be able to handle confidential matters professionally
