Salary: N400,000 – N500,000 Monthly
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

HR-Aid Consults is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid HR background and significant experience in the fashion industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective onboarding programs for new employees.
• Collaborate with training centres to coordinate employee training and track certification completions.
• Review employment policies and working conditions to maintain full legal compliance.
• Manage HR records, oversee administrative tasks, and support day-to-day HR operations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations & Personnel Management.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration is an added advantage.
• CIPM certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in an administrative role.
• Prior experience in the fashion industry is compulsory.
